Introduction. Chronic vein diseases in general and varicose veins of the lower extremities particular represent a serious medical social problem. The aim was to study influence therapy venous outflow disorders on treatment results osteoarthritis knee joints patients with combination joints. Materials methods . included 105 combined who had previously received for but not or extremely irregular veins. follow-up period 12 months. underwent first course phlebotropic drugs 2 months from start study. Then this repeated twice at 3-month intervals. standard drug micronized purified flavonoid fraction. Compression knitwear recommended all patients. Class stockings tights an ankle pressure 23–32 mmHg were used vast majority cases. Treatment use nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, disease-modifying agents (chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine sulfate), physical therapy. Results. VCSS scale reduced degree chronic insufficiency clinical group. At inclusion study, average score group 7.1 ± 1.9, after 6 result 6.1 1.5, – 6.0 1.2 points.
